Frequently Asked Questions
How long does shipping take?
Deliveries are made once per week and delivered on a Friday. Please make sure orders are placed by 4pm on Wednesday, to be in the Friday delivery. Any order after this, will be in the next weeks delivery.
How many stems will i receive?
1 order contains 10 stems of your chosen variety. If you order 2 boxes, you will receive 10 stems etc.
How long will my peonies last?
Your peonies will arrive in bud (not yet flowered), and if care instructions are followed should last 5-7 days in a vase (if not longer!)
What if i want more than 1 box?
Multiple orders to the same address are possible, simply increase the quantity of your order, for every “1” you order, you get 10 stems. We will pack your order into a larger box, but the shipping price remains the same!
What if i'm not home, for my delivery?
Due to the size of the British grown blooms, they won’t fit through your letter box! All orders are despatched via Royal Mail, and their shipping and safe places policy applies, however you will receive tracking information, as soon as we ship your peonies
