Shipping & Delivery Policy
Deliveries:
Deliveries from the field direct to customers take place on a Friday ONLY throughout the season.
We offer shipping to all locations in the United Kingdom Only. We do not ship to any location outside of the United Kingdom.
Processing Time:
Orders are delivered using an overnight courier service to guarantee freshness of your flowers.
Orders must be placed by 5pm on a Wednesday evening for delivery on the following Friday. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched for delivery the following Friday.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are based on an overnight delivery service and apply to all packages.
Delivery:
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We will assist you in any way we can, but we cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been shipped.
International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where the shipping method chosen includes tracking). You can use this tracking number to track your package on the shipping carrier’s website.
